Hello everyone. My apologies for the lack of updates. I have been distracted from my Low Carb path and am returning with a vengeance! My lovely wife gave birth to my wonderful son on June 4 and although it had been roughly 45 since I followed any diet regime, I knew I must return and return with my heart fully into it. many of you have inquired about my good friend Vincent Vegan and your opinions have led me to believe his WOE is not a great foundation for our WOE. so as of now Vincent is off on his own and the LowCarbShow is getting back to its original message. thats right! That means a real Atkins induction, tons of water, real exercise and best of all, Meat! I am making a promise to my subscribers, my family,my critics and myself. I will be 100% low carb active immediately and will not steer away for life!
stay tuned for a new podcast! |
